Her formal educational achievements were accomplished in Jamaica, followed by her professional diplomas in the United States of America.
As the happy and proud mother of four (4) children and one (4) grandchildren, her vast experience in parenting both biological and spiritual children of many varying ages continually prepares her for the challenges of being relevant, practical, and biblically correct in these difficult times.
Novlet's degree as a Christian Counselor, which was attained at Logos University, her Volunteer Chaplain training degree attained through the Juvenile Justice Department, combined with her life experiences and other secular degrees has prepared her to fulfill many ministry positions over the past 36 years, which includes Youth Director, Marriage Enrichment Ministry president, Juvenile Intervention Ministry Director, Women's Ministry President & local and International Missions Director
Her love for humanity has taken her on numerous outreaches locally, and overseas mission trips to South America and the Caribbean with an overseas missions base in St. Mary, Jamaica.
Her desire is to fulfill God's mandate for her life by delighting in and embracing every vision and accomplishing every mission set forth by Him. The epiphanic experience she had at the age of sixteen (16) years has not only kept her strong in her faith, trust and love for God in the darkest times of her life, but has propelled her to declare as the Psalmist did
"Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty The Lord mighty in battle".
Many battles has been fought and won based upon this epiphany, and she purposes to continue to "fight the good fight of faith" to the honor and glory of God.
